Canada’s 100 Best is the definitive guide to the country’s culinary scene. It is a bi-annual publication. Its spring issue ranks the the top 100 restaurants in Canada. The winter issue provides readers with recipes from Canada’s top chefs.
I was hired in 2018 to redesign, layout pages and produce and art direct photoshoots for both the spring and winter issues.
