Bather Trunk Co. was created to fill a need in the men's bathing suits market. At The time it was hard to find a bathing suit for a reasonable price that was not an oversized long board short. The Bather silhouette is more tailored above the knee, and comes in two styles, surf trunk (a shorter board short with a velcro fly) and swim trunk (a traditional bathing suit with nylon mesh and elastic waist).
The branding strategy was to position Bather somewhere between heritage brand and streetwear brand.
All Bather products are made in Canada and can be found online and in select boutiques around the world.
